If you put a swivel light in the middle, you'd have a nice Tucker.

Wrong. The only correct use for the nose inlet spot on a 50-51 Stude is a cooling fan for a radial, or the inlet for a turbine.

See, but the single inlet also is positioned in a round body with rounded inlet areas below. Thus, it's multipurpose for installation of a small radial, and makes a turbofan possible as well.
